The principle of Induction heating equipment is mainly based on electromagnetic induction and current thermal effects. This thermal energy comes from the interaction between current and the internal resistance of an object, which is known as the current thermal effect. With the increase of eddy current intensity and the extension of time, the temperature of the heated object gradually rises, thereby achieving the heating effect.
Induction heating equipment can control the intensity and distribution of eddy currents by adjusting the frequency and magnitude of the current, thereby achieving precise control of the temperature of the heated object and the heating area.
