The principle of Induction heating equipment is mainly based on electromagnetic induction and current thermal effects. When alternating current passes through an induction coil, an alternating magnetic field is generated around it. This alternating magnetic field acts on the heated object (usually a metal), generating induced currents inside the object, known as eddy currents.
When eddy currents flow inside a heated object, a large amount of thermal energy is generated due to the presence of resistance. This thermal energy comes from the interaction between current and the internal resistance of an object, which is known as the current thermal effect. With the increase of eddy current intensity and the extension of time, the temperature of the heated object gradually rises, thereby achieving the heating effect.
