The steel ball hot rolling heating production line is a professional intelligent processing equipment tailored for wear-resistant steel ball forming production, mainly applicable to hot rolling forming of various specifications of forging and rolling steel balls. Centering on high-frequency induction heating technology, the line realizes continuous, stable and precise heating of steel bar blanks, solving the problems of uneven heating, serious oxidation and low forming efficiency of traditional flame furnace heating technology. The whole production line adopts a fully automated integrated process flow, covering automatic feeding, fixed-length cutting, segmented induction heating, constant-temperature heat preservation, precise hot rolling and online cooling shaping, realizing one-stop processing from raw material steel bars to finished steel ball blanks. Different from traditional coal-fired and gas-fired radiation furnaces with long-time overall heating, this production line adopts independent IGBT medium-frequency induction heating modules, which can complete rapid heating in a short time, effectively avoid excessive heating of steel blanks, and greatly reduce surface oxidation and decarburization defects.
In the core heating process, the equipment adopts 360° surround segmented heating design. According to the size and material of steel balls, the system automatically matches heating power and temperature parameters, realizing synchronous heating of the inside and outside of steel blanks. The internal and external temperature difference of blanks is strictly controlled within the standard range, ensuring uniform metal microstructure of raw materials. This process thoroughly eliminates rolling defects such as hollow core, surface crack and irregular sphere caused by uneven temperature of traditional heating, and significantly improves the roundness and structural compactness of rolled steel balls.
Equipped with closed-loop infrared temperature measurement and real-time data feedback system, the production line realizes full-process constant-temperature control.
The heating temperature is stable and adjustable, which can accurately meet the rolling process requirements of high-chromium alloy steel, medium-carbon steel and other different steel materials. Cooperated with the follow-up constant-speed rolling unit, it realizes the integration of heating and rolling linkage, avoids temperature drop and heat loss during blank transmission, greatly improves rolling forming efficiency, and reduces product rejection rate.
In terms of production and energy-saving advantages, the induction rapid heating process has ultra-high thermal efficiency, which effectively reduces invalid heat loss compared with traditional heating equipment. The whole line supports unattended automatic operation, with simple and efficient process flow, saving labor costs while stabilizing batch production quality.
